The Way Suzanna Speaks Playwright Madeline Muravchik

Madeline Muravchik is an actor, drama teacher and playwright. NY acting credits include shows with Théâtre Ouf!, Adhesive Theater, and Innocent Voices Productions. Locally, she was a member of Round House Theater’s Touring Company and of Le Neon Theatre, where she daylighted as Director of Development. She has also performed in DC with Ambassador Theater, Scena Theatre, Stanislavsky Theatre Studio, and Theatre du Jour among others. As a playwright, Madeline has had two plays produced as part of the George Mason University Ten Minute Play Festival: The Measure of a Man and Accidental Rendez-Vous. She was twice selected to participate in Theatre of the First Amendment’s First Light playwriting program. In addition to acting and playwriting, Madeline has taught acting at the Round House Theatre, the French International School, and Sligo Creek Elementary. She teaches French theater history for New York University’s Summer High School in Paris program. Madeline has a BFA in acting from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU and is currently pursing a Masters degree in French at GMU.
